90-Minute Lecture: Deep dives into foundational Islamic topics to provide clarity and context.
30-Minute Discussion: Group reflections to connect lessons to real-world challenges and foster critical thinking.
Monthly Habits Development Webinars (30 Minutes)
Focused independent sessions to build consistent practices aligned with Islamic teachings, such as:
Fasting on Mondays, Thursdays, and the three white days.
Eating healthy and practicing mindful eating.
Waking up for Qiyam in the last third of the night.
Improving Khushoo (focus and humility) during Salah.
Monthly Mentorship Connections
